Fund Controller

One of our clients, a large independent financial advisory group, are currently recruiting a Fund Controller.

Responsibilities Fund Controller:

• Strategic Oversight of NAV Calculation: Spearhead the accurate and timely calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV) for private equity funds, ensuring alignment with overarching investment strategies and objectives.
• Leadership in Quarterly Financial Reporting: Direct the preparation of comprehensive financial reports for investors, delivering sophisticated insights into fund performance and maintaining a high standard of transparency.
• Regulatory Compliance Excellence: Drive the punctual submission of compliance filings to regulatory bodies, including CSSF and relevant RCS filings, while implementing best practices to mitigate regulatory risks.
• Executive Level Board Meeting Support: Provide authoritative financial presentations at quarterly board meetings, offering strategic guidance and shaping decision-making processes at an executive level.
• Central Information Coordination: Act as the primary conduit for internal teams, orchestrating the seamless flow of financial data and fostering collaboration across departments.
• Strategic Management of External Partnerships: Lead the management of relationships with external service providers, depositaries, auditors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring optimal support for fund operations and strategic initiatives.
