Operations Analyst

Redbridge Recruitment is currently recruiting an Operations Analyst working for a leading global investment firm that is based in Luxembourg. You will be working with a global team responsible for private equity/hybrid and liquid credit funds. This is your chance to join a fast paced and entrepreneurial work environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cash flows and manage treasury movements for investment structuring
• Understand and oversee investment structures, distributions, and repatriations
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and compliance professionals to ensure smooth investment processes
• Ensure compliance with statutory filings, corporate tax, and VAT returns
• Liaise with service providers across multiple locations to oversee portfolio companies
• Manage accounts payable processes and assist with cash management
• Handle entity creation, KYC, and management oversight
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Maintain corporate files and ensure compliance in coordination with multiple offices and third parties
• Participate in special projects and develop efficient internal controls

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Luxembourg audit firms, service providers, or alternative asset management
• Strong understanding of Luxembourg tax structures, including traditional and hybrid financial instruments
• Excellent English communication skills; fluency in French or German is a plus
• Proficiency in LuxGAAP and strong Excel skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CPA) are advantageous but not required
