Redbridge Recruitment is working exclusively with one of the world’s largest investment firms.
The team consists of 10 people. The company has been in Luxembourg for 15 years and is growing. They invest in Private Equity – Real Estate.
Your responsibilities:
- Fund management administrative procedures.
- Arrange the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
- Coordination of administrative workstreams in the advisory companies.
- Organising flights, company events.
- Organising meeting room.
- Maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment.
- Assist employees during boarding and off boarding.
- Liaise and partner with other departments if needed (HR, IT etc.)
Requirements:
- The candidate should have had previous experience in fund management at an administration level.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details.
- Communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
