Redbridge Recruitment have the honour of working with an international manufacturing company that are looking to hire a Compliance Specialist to work in their offices here in Luxembourg. The role is expected to be diverse and challenging.
You will be joining a team of 4 people who are dynamic and professional and focus on quality.
Tasks
- Participate in developing the corporate compliance framework, including but not limited to Code of Conduct, compliance policies & guidelines.
- Participate in the development of the company policies repository and work with the various stakeholders for the policy management process.
- Manage the Compliance e-learning courses as well as the relationship with the provider.
- Participate in developing the corporate compliance framework, including but not limited to Code of Conduct, compliance policies & guidelines.
- Apply, maintain, and report on special internal procedures.
- Manage Export licenses.
Profile
- University degree in compliance, business administration, or any related field
- Fluent in English
