Fund Controller – Real Estate

Our client is a Swedish RE Asset Management firm, they focus on Real Estate and sustainable Real Estate solutions.

Your key responsibilities and day to day tasks will be discussed directly during the interview to keep this confidential, the responsibilities named below are an example.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the wider funds.
• Ensure that Funds operate in an efficient and controlled way to maximize Investor return.
• Ensure compliance with Fund documents.
• Wider regulation and industry best practices.

Your profile:

• Fluent in English.
• 4-5 years’ experience in direct Real Estateinvestments as preferred background field.
• Knowledge and understanding of Luxembourg accounting, tax and corporate governance.
• Good ability to assist the Third Party AIFM with any questions and processes.
• Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legislation such as changes to AML/KYC and tax updates.
• Ability to provide main point of liaison for the Independent Directors.
