Senior Investor Relation Officer

Our client, a well-established global firm based in Capellen Luxembourg, is seeking a Senior Investor Relations Officer to join their Fund Department. This team plays a pivotal role in providing expert services for a diverse range of fund vehicles, including SIF, SICAR, RAIF, SCSp, umbrella fund structures, and securitisation vehicles.

In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and investors, ensuring seamless onboarding, compliance, and ongoing relationship management. Reporting directly to the Director of Fund Services, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

As Senior Investor Relations Officer, you will:

• Act as the key liaison for alternative investment fund clients and their investors.
• Manage investor onboarding and periodic reviews, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
• Oversee and validate shareholder transactions and account updates in line with company standards.
• Produce accurate and timely shareholder and internal reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs and enhance service delivery.
• Serve as the focal point of contact for all investor relations matters, both internally and externally (clients, investors, AIFMs, regulatory authorities, banks, and auditors).
• Drive process improvements within the Transfer Agency team, ensuring adherence to new regulations and company procedures.
• Lead FATCA and CRS reporting processes.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior Investor Relations Officers.
