Redbridge Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading Asset Manager, seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretary. This is the opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team in a fast-spaced, entrepreneurial work environment.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  •  Assist with document execution and closing processes
  • Ensure corporate files are complete (both physical and electronic), including coordination with other offices, legal firms, and other third parties
  • Distribute documents and information to third party advisors
  • Manage accounts payable process with third-party vendors and central accounts payable processing
  • Assist with entity creation, KYC processes, entity management and oversight
  • Assist in planning and coordination of the Board meeting process, following best corporate governance practices
  • Attend, manage and document Board meeting discussions covering investment decisions, cash repatriations and approval of accounts
  • Ensure board meeting documentation is prepared on a timely basis
  • Understand the underlying investment structures and deals
  • Partner with investing professionals, outside and internal counsel, tax, and compliance professionals ensuring good cross-functional communication and coordination throughout the
    investing process
  • Assist with the external and internal audit process
  • Monitor entity compliance across portfolio including statutory filing requirements, corporate tax and VAT returns
  • Proactively develop and maintain efficient internal controls and business processes
  • Participate in ad-hoc special projects

Your Profile:

  • Relevant professional experience in Luxembourg in (a combination of) service providers or alternative asset management firms
  • Strong English verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented candidates with strong problem-solving
    skills
  • High Trust and Integrity
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain composure in a high-volume environment
